The experienced Sparks Makeup Artistry TEAM of skilled makeup artists and hairstylists will have you looking and feeling like the best version of yourself.

Whether that's a subtle natural day-time makeup look to a more glamorous red carpet evening look.

Every client is different and we cater for all styes and occasions.

ARTIST'S CALL-OUT/TRAVEL FEE

• All service fees listed above are NOT INCLUSIVE of the Artist's travel fee to come to your requested location/venue/hotel for a mobile service
• A separate call-out/travel fee will be provided (per artist required for the booking) based on the location/distance to travel to your booking location

PARKING FEES: 

• All service fees referenced above DO NOT include any associated parking fees incurred for the artist/s to park at the requested location/venue/hotel on the day of the booking.
• If the artist/s incur any parking fees on the booking day, these fees will be passed on to the client for reimbursement on the day of the booking.
• Onsite paid/valet parking is required for the assigned artist/s if required to come to a hotel (applicable to all Metro areas, CBD, South Bank, Fortitude Valley etc)   

EARLY MORNING SURCHARGES

For all bookings that require the artist/s/hairstylist/s to start between;

• Before 5:30 AM, a $100 inc 10% GST fee applies per artist hired. 
• From 5:30 AM – 6:15 AM, a $80 inc 10% GST fee per artist hired. 
• From 6:15 AM – 7:30 AM, a $65 inc 10% GST fee per artist hired. 
• From 7:30 AM onwards, NO charge

The booking start time will be based on the time required to complete all the services by the requested end time, depending on the number of artists assigned.

WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGES:

• SATURDAY Bookings: A 10% Service Fee Surcharge will apply if there are FEWER than 3x services booked in a group/single booking (Makeup & or Hairstyling services)
• Weekend TRIAL Booking Dates: A 15% Service Fee Surcharge for Weekend dates (Subject to the artist's availability)
• SUNDAY & OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY Booking Rate: A 20% Service Fee Surcharge will apply (regardless of a Single & or Group booking)

OVER-TIME: 

• If you are running late for an appointment and/or an appointment exceeds the scheduled timeframe that we have allowed as a result of delays caused by the client, an additional fee of $25 + GST per 15-minute overtime increment will be charged on top of the total cost of your service/s.

HAIRSTYLING (Additional Charges)

When you book a DRY Hairstyling service (not applicable to a booked blow-dry prior), and to help the artist achieve the hairstyle you want while staying on schedule, we’d love for you to have your hair washed and towel-dried/damp before we arrive/commence your hairstyling. (Not dripping wet) - preferrably the day/night before your booking.

• Please note that an additional cost of $35 + GST will be added to the booking if your stylist needs to dry your hair before styling because it's too wet/damp to style.

HAIR EXTENSIONS / HAIR PADDING:

An additional charge of $40 + GST per person will be required for the application of any hair extensions (if provided by client) and or any extra hair padding application required for the particular hairstyle requested - price to be confirmed with client at the time of booking.

TRIALS (Hair & or Makeup)

• The same service fees apply to any makeup and or hair styling TRIALS. (Monday – Friday) at our home-based studios (location supplied upon booking request)
• A travel/call-out fee (per artist required) will apply for trials to be done at another location.
• Trial bookings requested on a WEEKEND (based on availability) will attract a 15% Service Fee Surcharge

Booking Retainer Deposit

• All bookings made through the Sparks Makeup Artistry Team will require an upfront BOOKING RETAINER amount to be paid to secure your requested appointment date & time. (The amount will be referenced on the invoice issued at the time of booking)
• No bookings will be tentatively held without a prior booking retainer paid
• PLEASE NOTE: That all paid booking retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients/people/future bookings - no refunds will be available once the booking retainer is paid by the client to secure/confirm the booking date and time held with Sparks Makeup Artistry
• Some partial refunds/credits may be considered (only of the remaining balance if paid), however this will be on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sparks Makeup Artistry & according to the full terms & conditions/cancellation policy supplied at the time of booking/issued invoice.

10% GST

• Sparks Makeup Artistry is a registered business for GST therefore, a Goods and Services Tax (10%) applies to all service fees quoted/invoices issued.
